What Heepsters built

One connected system for the work behind patient care.

01

A custom EMR for clinic work

Heepsters built a clinic-specific electronic record system for the workflows behind scheduling, patient records, documentation, and staff coordination.

02

AI-assisted camera operations

Camera-connected operational signals help authorized staff coordinate facility workflows. Staff review stays in the loop; camera events do not make clinical decisions or replace explicit payroll records.

03

Automation for clearer records

Structured forms, reusable templates, and validation steps are designed to reduce repeated entry and help keep operational data consistent. Staff remain responsible for reviewing and signing records.

04

A public site connected to the next step

RSLNT's public website explains care options, links to patient and staff portals, and gives prospective patients a clear path to request a free consultation.

How the pieces connect

Less duplicate entry. Clearer handoffs. Staff stay in control.

The build is designed to reduce repetitive admin and make information easier to keep consistent across the clinic's digital workflows. Automation can prepare and route work; qualified staff review records and make decisions.

04Staff review and action

Built to support clinic operations. No patient details, images, or outcome claims are used in this case study.

Results note: the system is designed to reduce repeated administrative work and support more consistent records. We do not publish a time-saved percentage or accuracy rate without verified before-and-after measurement.
