This Privacy Policy applies to Heepsters CRM LLC, doing business as Heepsters Marketing ("Heepsters," "we," or "us"). Our mailing address is 1200 Towne Centre Blvd, SPC 1120, Provo, UT 84601.
1. Data We Collect
We collect only the data necessary to provide our marketing services: your name, email address, business information, and marketing analytics data. We never sell your data to third parties.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively to deliver marketing services, track campaign performance, and communicate with you about your account. Our AI agents process your data to generate marketing strategies, content, and analytics.
3. Data Security
We employ enterprise-grade security measures including:
- AES-256 encryption for all data at rest
- TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit
- HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) with preloading
- Content Security Policy (CSP) headers
- Row Level Security (RLS) for database access control
- SOC 2 compliant cloud infrastructure (Supabase + Vercel)
4. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction, or deletion of personal information as provided by applicable law. Contact us at hello@heepsters.com to make a request.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
6. Third-Party Services
We use service providers to host the site, operate the client portal, process information needed to deliver requested services, and send communications. The public pages do not currently load Google Analytics, Google advertising tags, or Meta Pixel browser trackers. Providers used for customer work may process information as described in our service agreements and this policy.
7. Cookies and Browser Storage
Essential browser storage supports security and client portal sign-in. Our cookie preference panel saves your choice in local browser storage. The public marketing site does not currently use optional analytics or advertising cookies. When a browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we keep optional analytics and advertising preferences off. See the Cookie Policy for details or to review your choice.
